The 14-Day Glute Reset Challenge

  • Week 1: Rebuild Foundation
    • Day 1: Gentle Squats – 3 sets of 12 (bodyweight). Tip: Focus on form.
    • Day 2: Light Hip Thrusts – 3 sets of 10. Tip: Use a cushion for comfort.
    • Day 3: Easy Lunges – 2 sets of 8 per leg. Tip: Hold a wall if needed.
    • Day 4: Rest or Stretch – 5-minute glute stretches.
    • Day 5: Soft Deadlifts – 3 sets of 10 (light weights). Tip: Keep back straight.
    • Day 6: Mix It Up – 2 sets of 8 squats + 8 lunges. Tip: Go slow.
    • Day 7: Feel Good – 2 sets of 12 of your favorite move. Tip: Smile through it!
  • Week 2: Ramp It Up
